Tis only me popping in

Well a BIG hiya;s I'm sorry i have been a bad blogger and i  been having a rotten time so many  hospital appointments..be glad when i get results of my MRI oh my they were horrendous talk of Hannibal lector and the with work not much time to play but i have 8 days off from Thursday so I'm going to get my pens out i have had a break from my DT at Crafty Catz as any inspiration for colouring is absent But i have not given up although the thought did cross me mind but get this week out the way and im hopeful i can get some mojo in the meantime i haven't been too idle and did another rescue on these shoes you may or may not be aware i do EBay and bought a job lot of wedding shoes ages ago  some are superb the odd few are damaged as was this pair and rather than consigning  them to the bin i have altered them and you know what I'm like when i get into my lace box i have been learning  few tips on making  ribbony things thanks to you tube so not completely idle hands i hope you like them shame i cant wear them as there a size 5 ..id not get my big toe in..lol!!!

The party's over....

Hiya my sweets hope while you may be reading tis i have popped of to crafty shops to spend birthday pennies....so now the party's over and that last piece of cake has been eaten..burp!!!!!lol!!! back to crafting at the moment im into all things vintage again but not in cards...but bridal stuff....so sat yesterday and made this its not quite finished as i need to stiffen it to attach to clips or a band..so hence my trip to hobbycraft....just hope i find the right thing

i made the rose from satin and lace and beaded random sizes

added gentle gathered  lace and then slightly gathered tulle.....hope you like my little play

Hiya my sweets...another week gone and thanfully my 60th (there i said it) HAS GONE....lol!!! and what a fab night with my children and granchild not forgetting my lovely sister...had a nice slap up meal and a cake with one candle..thanful not to have had to try and blow out 60candles...or get the fire crew on stand by hehe...oh i was spoilt rotton......well now the celebrations are over its onto my challenge them this week and THANK YOU!!! aunty sue for doing my post this week while i was out getting sloshed,,,on one glass of wine..i dont drink so one was enough...im rambling the challenge this week is a easy one

Hiya bet your all in the sunshine isnt it just a fabulous day,,,well i have been playing again as i wanted to make a fascinator  thingy i have a bee in my bonnet (appropriate words and facinating too lol!!!) have seen quite a few of late and loving the vintage feel now you know me and vintage..well this is what i came up with needs a bit of tweeking but think you get the just..had some shots taken of  me wearing it i hate my picture taken but taking one of the hat wasn't to helpful..neither are the pics of m e but hey ho thought you'd like a titter i surely did when i went through looking at all the gormless faces i make..hehehe so here's a few of the better ones... quite a few im so very sorry .......theres a few but make the most wont have anymore till erm ..next week my birthday the big 60 is upon me OMG!!!!!.......

Hiya my hunnies ...wow doesn't the weekend fly by.....hardly done a thing except play!!!!! doing a bit of ebaying too...managed to change the beds and washing and bathroom think that s enough and as OH is at work from 12 till 12 tonite so  i'm all on my lonesome so been having a silly play at headbands shabby chic or just pretty things in my book lol!!!! i have made three different head bands two on plastic frames and one on satin ribbon that ties round a very little waist or would be bigger for head didnt get expensive bands  as these will be ripped apart unless any of you want one for a granddaughter or your own kiddlings to play dressing up in...pop your name if you comment and say the word YES PLEASE!!!! if i get a few ill do a pick out the hat....they might as well be played with....what do you think????..right off for a coffee then a shower and i might get the hoover out again....no false alarm hoover can stay where it is lol!!!! lots of happy sassy hugs

Hiya my popetts.....when yer fed up..no mojo...and plain yuck!!! what has a girl gotta do to lift her little hert...BLING!!!!!! it up... yep i bought myself a hot fix thingy adaptor and had a play..oh what fun was so tempted to bling other halfs jeans up but dont think he will thank me for that lol!!! good job they never sent me 100000...s of rhinestones even tempted to bling the cats collar...mm sounds like another  plan...anyways im rambling i have been altering a old tatty pair of ivory silk shoes that got wrecked at my sons wedding 3 years ago was gonna chuck them out but hate waste and as shoes for my big trotters isnt easy i decided to play...so amazing what a bit of old curtain lace can do here they are and of course i just had to add a bit of BLING!!!! must get around blogland tonite..i have so missed looking so a big promise from me to you all i will be back ...sassy hugs xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello my sweets been a bit quite haven't i off late....just not motivated enough but guess  there is hope!!!! i was tidying up my computer and came across this picci ...hilarious sketch i think i got it from the colouring pages off Deviant Art..so thanks to who ever drew this...my word nearly a self portrait only kidding .ER!!!.well i have but back on a few pounds..im sure i have little beasties in my wardrobe that stich my clothes smaller in the night lol!!!!anyways  it made me smile so i coloured her up just because i actually felt like colouring instead of washing and other silly jobs that have consumed my life hehehe so hope it gives you a chuckle...sick of the size ZERO models....and this gal is certainly a plus... .....off to have a nosey round blog land hugs big ones sassyxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
